Exchange Timeframe and Conditions

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be new, unused, and returned with their original tags and packaging. This ensures that every exchanged product remains in perfect condition for another animal.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and animal well-being reasons, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged. These include harnesses, toys, food and treats, as well as care products. We appreciate your understanding.

When Is a Refund Possible?

Refunds are not offered, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part. In such exceptional situations, we will take all necessary steps to resolve the issue. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer for eligible exchanges and returns.
